Price change by number of rooms

Compares the saved search snapshots for this location inside the search period, with every filter and keyword above applied to them. Today uses the results currently on screen, unless those results were restored from History, in which case they count on the date they were captured. Every count is one per listing URL — a home advertised on two portals counts twice here, while the result list groups it into one home. Click a room group to filter the result list. Same listings on both dates counts only the properties advertised on both, separating a real price move from a change in which properties are listed.
